YOGA RETREAT ~ COSTA RICA

Rejuvenation in the Rainforest
February 19th - February 24th, 2011

Facilitated by Liz Kresch and
Sarah Thomas Gulden

Experience a truly energizing week with us in the heart of Costa Rica. Sarah and Liz will guide you along a journey of rejuvenation, revitalization and restoration amongst a backdrop of one our planet's most powerful locations, Lake Arenal. Through meditation, yoga and body work, you will peel through any stagnant layers and stress and emerge with a fresh, renewed spirit. We will begin in the misty morning with an energizing vinyasa practice and close the day with a restorative Yin practice. You will have the opportunity to explore the ancient philosophy of yoga and experience Yoga Nidra,  a deeply relaxing yoga and meditation session which prolongs delta brainwaves.

You can leave the worries of the world behind and immerse yourself in true nature. Our home for the week is Rancho Margot, a completely sustainable, organic working ranch nestled in the Children's Eternal Rainforest on the shores Lake Arenal. In between our classes, take in volcano views as you soak in any of the 11 natural thermal springs, explore the medicinal garden, or hike through the forest. Our meals are organic and cultivated at the ranch. Rancho Margot is completely self powered and has zero waste.
