Day 1, Oct. 24: Arrival Kona

  • Airport transfer to Hotel, get settled.
  • Afternoon free to relax or explore, Dinner of your choice.
  • Opening circle and gentle movement/dance to connect to self and our group.

Day 2, Oct. 25: Kona Morning Movement: Sense & Ground

  • 7–8am Meet for optional morning meditation & Vividance on the beach, Breakfast
  • 10–noon Group session: Connecting body, self and soul through yoga & movement, guided journey & journaling, partner and group processes led by facilitator, preparing for our swim and how this theme/essence plays out in our lives. Setting the stage for creating a space for inner shifts to occur on this journey.
  • From noon on, Free time to explore, connect, experience. Get in the water and practice snorkeling.
  • Sunset Meditation on the beach, Dinner of your choice.
  • Evening Circle.

Day 3, Oct. 26: Kona Dolphin Swim: Mobilize

  • Breakfast. Early departure for boat dock
  • 8:30–1 pm time with the Dolphins.
  • Leisurely drive back to resort with lunch stop along the way. Free time.
  • Sunset gathering for movement and meditation on Beach (1) hour facilitated.
  • Dinner of your choice.
  • Group circle 1.5 hours.

Day 4, Oct. 27: Kona Dolphin Swim: Harness

  • Breakfast. Early departure for boat dock
  • 8:30–1 pm time with the Dolphins.
  • Leisurely drive back to resort with lunch stop along the way. Free time.
  • Sunset gathering for movement and meditation on Beach (1) hour facilitated.
  • Dinner of your choice.
  • Trance Dance & Group circle 2 hours.

Day 5, Oct. 28: Kona Dolphin Swim: Harness

  • Breakfast. Early departure for boat dock
  • 8:30–1 pm time with the Dolphins.
  • Leisurely drive back to resort with lunch stop along the way. Free time.
  • Sunset gathering for movement and meditation on Beach (1) hour facilitated.
  • Dinner of your choice.

Day 6, Oct. 29: Kona Morning Movement: Express

  • 7–8am Meet for optional morning meditation & Vividance on the beach, Breakfast
  • 10–noon Group session: Expand and Express body, self and soul. Movement, journaling and group processes led by facilitator. Spiritual, real-world tie-ins preparing for return home and how this theme/essence will play out in our lives. Finding meaning and setting the stage for bringing the gifts back home with us.
  • From noon on, Free time to explore, connect, experience.
  • Sunset Meditation on the beach
  • Group Dinner of Choice.
  • Evening Circle and closing ritual.

Day 7, Oct. 30: Return Home

  • Breakfast.
  • Bring this experience home!
